We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring you have ample time to review your premium fashion pieces. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Manière De Voir tags and security ribbons are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid return label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
